Ad Council

This project for the leading public service announcement producer encompassed two and a half floors and required installation of a new raw and stainless steel interconnection stair. Since there was a church located on the ground floor, Icon worked closely with the building to coordinate the construction of the space with the church’s daily religious services. The main floor consisted of a conference center with full audio/visual capabilities, a Modernfold partition system, and glass and metal office fronts with wood doors and a demountable metal & glass wall system. The project also included a cafe on the 10th floor with built-in benches, fabric wrapped walls and a carved wood panel wall. Icon completed the project within the required schedule.
