Icon provided Construction Management services for the build out of this hedge fund’s offices, including high design elements such as custom stainless steel and glass partitions and doors with specialty lighting, custom wood furniture and cabinetry throughout. The space included offices, a trading area, data room, pantry and private toilet. The project was completed in 9 weeks.
