Icon provided Construction Management services for this computer animation studio’s relocation project, including a 3,000 sq. ft. Data Center with a large main screening room, as well as many smaller screening rooms. The space has seven edit suites tied into an edit machine room for movie review and editing. The project also required a 24/7 infrastructural upgrade consisting of a 150 ton rooftop chiller, 750 KVA UPS system with power distribution units and supplemental air conditioning units to ensure that the Studio can operate year round as a stand alone entity. The space also features a reception area and break out room which invites visitors into their space as well as encourages employees to interact.
