Condé Nast Cafeteria

Icon provided Construction Management services for the publishing company’s cafeteria including all of the amenities, complexities and coordination issues associated with high-end restaurants. The space is distinguished by a seating area illuminated by over 70,000 LED light nodes behind custom glass walls and ceiling panels. This lighting system has the ability to create intricate colors and schemes to create a living, breathing and changing environment. The painstaking cooperative effort put forth by the project team overcame many difficult design and coordination issues to achieve a successful opening on schedule.
