As Condé Nast Publications relocated many corporate groups and functions to various locations, a reorganization of all of their 18 floors at 4 Times square was required. Icon provided Construction Management services for the project and worked closely with all project team members to establish and carry out a complicated schedule and phasing plan that allowed large groups of employees to relocate to new areas and vacate existing areas to allow for construction. This project took place over approximately 12 months and included nearly 30 moves.
