Icon provided Construction Management services for this chemical, plastic and agricultural product company’s New York satellite office. The space features many high-end finishes including marble flooring, millwork ceiling details, a stainless steel clad column, a back painted glass column with an integrated plasma display and a custom millwork, stone and glass reception desk in the reception area. A motorized, full-height sliding glass door was installed leading to the executive offices. The typical office design includes custom anigre and glass office fronts as well as anigre soffits with integrated lighting running the length of the space. The offices also feature a 4’ x 4’ echophon ceiling system with integrated, trimless linear diffusers. A 20-person boardroom has a Lutron dimming system and Creston audio/visual system to control and operate all of the electronics and video conferencing capabilities in the room. Significant coordination was required due to complex finishes and long lead time items. An aggressive 12-week schedule was successfully achieved.
