Icon worked closely with the project team to build out the 105,000 sq. ft. as well as re-stack the existing 5th, 6th and 7th floors previously occupied by this communications agency. As part of the overall project, the client introduced an open floor plan working environment and a detailed coffee bar meeting area. Project scope included a new main reception area with interconnecting stair, large glass front conference rooms with a demountable metal & glass wall system, open meeting areas, elaborate audio/visual work and “Tatami” table seating areas enclosed with metal mesh drapes. Icon and the project team built out the expanded space in nine weeks, allowing the company’s merger to occur as scheduled, the phased re-stack work was completed four weeks later. A very aggressive budget and schedule were successfully met.
