Icon worked closely with Universal McCann, the parent company of this healthcare advertising agency, who oversaw the project along with their Project Team. Assuming the space from a sister agency, the entire Team was faced with the challenge of creating a “young and vibrant” atmosphere on a very limited budget. The key to the success of the space for J3 was finding the right blend of openness and color that would spark creative juices. The installation of new DIRTT glass office fronts and glass walled conference and board rooms gave this once “typical office space” an open working environment fitting for creative inspiration. The fit-out and completed space were a great success and have become the model for other sister agencies facing the need to build out a “creative new office environment” while minimizing costs.
