Stribling & Associates

Icon completed the build out of new downtown corporate offices for real estate firm Stribling & Associates at 32 Avenue of the Americas, a landmarked building. The Project Team was able to successfully navigate the cumbersome Landmarks Department paperwork process without delay to the project schedule. Design highlights of the space included an open grid ceiling at 9”-0” with the slab at 12”-0” and exposed mechanical, electrical and plumbing; built-in walnut bookcases to house brochures and a full height stone wall behind the reception. The office fronts were a custom aluminum demountable metal & glass wall system with Stribling’s branded graphics across the glass, sheetrock ceilings throughout with custom light fixtures and integrated linear diffusers.
