The Bass Trading Investment Group hired Icon Interiors to build their new office space which combines high end design elements with cutting edge technology.  Top of the line millwork and glass finishes welcome visitors as they enter this 80-person trading facility with expansion capability for an additional 12 traders.  An executive office with curved wood soffit and back painted glass with an executive bathroom accents the space.  A gym facility with both men’s and women’s locker rooms are also nestled in the work area.  Additionally the space houses a data center with a 225 KVA UPS system, private cooling plant for 16 fan coil units, redundant A/C for the IDF Room, a 25-ton courtyard chiller and 400 AMP’s of additional power to provide the capacity needed for the trading floor. Icon worked closely with the entire project team in order to complete this project within the required 10 week schedule.
