This project involved the relocation of the investment management company’s entire staff to Two Grand Central Tower. Icon’s scope of work included creating an open work area with a 4-position trading desk in the center, general offices, an Executive Boardroom, fitness center, lobby and reception area. Approximately fifteen offices were constructed with European-style office fronts. The general office space included a 4’ X 4’ decoustics ceiling panel system with custom lighting throughout. The newly constructed Executive Boardroom included fabric panel walls, custom Venetian plaster finishes and wood pocket doors. The fitness center with custom millwork storage included a private bathroom with a shower unit. Additionally, the elevator lobby and reception area consisted of glass and millwork walls and stone flooring.
