Icon Interior’s proven project methodology and organizational procedures are specifically adapted to each and every project we undertake in order to lay the foundation for a successful engagement and achieve the best end result possible. It is effective planning that leads to the most successful conclusions. At the commencement of a project, we work closely and interactively with all members of the Project Team to develop a strategy to accomplish the client’s goals. Icon provides either Construction Management or General Contracting services based on the specific client’s needs.

We are an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and have worked on a number of projects that were either applying for LEED certification or were designed and built to LEED or sustainable standards. We believe in and follow sustainable best practices on our projects whenever possible, including, saving energy, reducing CO2 emissions, reducing water use, procuring sustainable building materials, and recycling demolition and construction waste.
